Return Policy
At Shauna Baggs Art, I want you to love the artwork you bring into your home.
Original Paintings
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, all original painting sales are final. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at shaunaleabaggs@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Fine Art Prints
I accept returns on fine art prints within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, prints must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
To request a return, please email shaunaleabaggs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the packaging and item so the issue can be reviewed and resolved as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
